Synergy Goldtree Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction cost management, project valuation, and tender preparation under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates and managing financial documentation. You will work closely with senior quantity surveyors to support the measurement of construction works and ensure full compliance with contractual requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the measurement and costing of construction works and materials.
- Prepare monthly valuation reports and assist in financial reconciliations.
- Review tender documents and assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and financial documentation.
- Support the preparation of variation orders and claims.
- Gain exposure to construction industry standards and software applications.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other construction software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must be available for an internship duration.
