Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects
- Process and submit progress claims for timely payment
- Handle variation orders and prepare associated documentation
- Analyze and respond to project quotations
- Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Assist in site measurements and quantity verification
- Maintain accurate project cost records and reports
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings
- Basic understanding of BQ preparation processes
- Familiarity with progress claim procedures
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
