Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and optimizing recruitment workflows
- Support onboarding processes and ensure positive candidate experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with active listening abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Singapore labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving aptitude
- 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
