Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems and maintain accurate recruitment records
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market
  • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and optimizing recruitment workflows
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure positive candidate experiences

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with problem-solving aptitude
  • 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
