Grace And Glow is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and career-driven Junior Recruiter & HRBP to join our growing team in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, helping us build and nurture the talent behind the next generation of beauty brands in Asia.
As a Junior Recruiter & HRBP, you will bridge the gap between talent acquisition and human resources management. You will have the unique opportunity to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also supporting employee engagement, talent development, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a high-impact position where you can fast-track your career in a vibrant, fast-paced FMCG/beauty startup environment.
We are seeking someone who is highly communicative, organized, and possesses a strong passion for human capital. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for every new hire, while maintaining a positive work culture aligned with our brand values.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps, define hiring requirements, and draft compelling job descriptions.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Support the HR department in executing creative employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist in performance management cycles, career path planning, and coordinating training programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and standard HR practices in Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or as an HR Generalist.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in English; multi-lingual capabilities (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin) are highly advantageous.
