Tanggung Jawab
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure the best match for client positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
