Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Post job vacancies on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Assist in onboarding new hires and orientation processes
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements
- Support HR administrative tasks including compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of recruitment/HR experience
