Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for staff to managerial positions
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate competencies
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidates
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare periodic reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (internships acceptable for graduates)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
