As a Junior Sales Admin, you will be integral to the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients to understand their needs, preparing detailed quotations and proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and conducting timely follow-ups to foster client relationships. You will also provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling, data entry, and communication with vendors. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency of our sales operations and the success of our events.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and provide timely responses.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain and update client documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and reporting.
  • Support the execution of events by liaising with vendors and internal teams.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and update CRM systems.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and direct them appropriately.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in admin or sales support is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
