Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase property visibility and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and stay competitive in the Sabah real estate market.
- Assist in the organization of property viewings, open house events, and promotional exhibitions.
- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing assets to enhance company branding.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales pitches and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
