Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior management, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action points to ensure clear follow-through.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist in the planning and organization of company events, team-building activities, and general office logistics.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, expense reporting, and supply management, to support departmental goals.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
