Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and reporting purposes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and handle payroll processing as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent is a plus).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles for the Junior level; 4+ years for the Senior level.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations (SST/Income Tax) and financial reporting standards.
