Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present product or service offerings to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure contracts are signed and processed efficiently.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system with accurate client data.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to align on sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role (Junior to Senior level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
