Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Process payroll, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain financial documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
- Build relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
- 1-5 years of accounting experience for senior candidates
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing requirements
