We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior/Senior Analyst, General Ledger & Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accuracy of the General Ledger.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, for global stakeholders.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing necessary documentation and justifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls within the reporting cycle.
- Collaborate with regional controllership teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies. Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years (Junior) or 5+ years (Senior) of relevant experience in General Ledger (GL) and Financial Reporting.
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or Multinational Corporation (MNC) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SAP FICO or other major ERP systems (Oracle, JDE).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) are essential.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
