Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform regular tax reconciliation and ensure full compliance with the latest tax laws.
- Assist in financial audits and provide audit support to senior consultants.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding financial documentation and tax requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and improve client reporting accuracy.
- Support the team in internal advisory projects and ad-hoc financial assignments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm or tax consulting environment (Senior level requires 4+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (UU PPh & PPN) and PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
