Join the dynamic Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) at WPP in Petaling, Selangor. We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associates to join our growing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role is essential to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our billing and payment cycles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities, including billing issuance, customer statement reconciliations, and payment allocation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and client master data records.
- Support month-end closing activities by performing balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows within the SSC.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience for Junior roles; 4+ years for Senior roles in an AP/AR or general ledger environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with global stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a multicultural team environment.
