Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain full set of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with OpCo Finance teams to understand business activities and ensure proper financial recording
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial evidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and IFRS
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced multinational environment
