StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking dedicated Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our expanding team. We are actively hiring for multiple project sites across the West and East regions of Singapore.
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will play a critical role in our electrical and ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects, ensuring that financial and contractual requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budget estimation, cost planning, and procurement processes.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Perform on-site measurements and valuations of work progress for monthly progress claims.
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs.
- Track changes to design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and internal safety/quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years (Junior) or 5+ years (Senior) of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in M&E (Electrical/ACMV) scopes of work is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related estimation software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites effectively.
