Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing activities for apparel and undergarment products to meet market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and raw materials that offer competitive pricing and superior quality.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize costs.
- Monitor production progress and resolve any operational issues that may arise to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Prepare reports on sourcing performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in apparel sourcing, merchandising, or purchasing (Junior to Senior level).
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, specifically within the apparel and undergarment sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
