Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the supervision of on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and documentation for project tracking.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory levels to prevent shortages and waste.
- Support senior engineers in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or site experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Kuching, Sarawak.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and work under minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
