Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Monitor site safety protocols and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports
- Assist in quality control checks and documentation of construction processes
- Support the implementation of project plans and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of construction site experience or fresh graduates with relevant internship
- Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and withstand physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license preferred for site mobility
