We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior SPV Accounting to join the finance team at Oriental Logistics Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of vendor documentation, ensuring that all purchase documents are received, verified, and accurately processed. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records by recording transactions and assets into the system with precision. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional to gain hands-on experience in logistics accounting and develop their career in a dynamic corporate environment.

As a Junior SPV, you will work closely with the procurement and finance departments to ensure seamless operations. You will manage the recording of company assets and assist in general ledger activities. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, verify, and process vendor purchase documents, invoices, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record purchasing transactions and company asset movements into the accounting system.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in documentation.
  • Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general accounting, procurement, or logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Understanding of basic Indonesian Tax regulations (PPN/PPh).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
