Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of warehouse operations and inventory tracking systems.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and prepare regular inventory reports.
- Support the team during stocktakes, audits, and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the warehouse.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse management or inventory software is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
