Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain daily system operations and performance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software applications.
- Support IT infrastructure with routine updates, security patches, and system backups.
- Maintain accurate records of system logs, operational reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve user issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management for office equipment and IT assets.
- Perform basic network connectivity checks and provide end-user support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and office applications.
