Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for IT roles.
- Utilize various job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to build a robust pipeline of technical talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical competency, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the IT and Recruitment industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of energy, persistence, and a strong drive to hit recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with digital recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
