Tanggung Jawab
- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, API guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts and code snippets into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to the company's style guide and quality standards.
- Utilize documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Markdown to organize and publish content efficiently.
- Gather user feedback and conduct research to identify gaps in existing documentation and implement necessary improvements.
- Create visual aids, including diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots, to enhance the readability of technical materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal), with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating technical writing abilities is a plus.
