Home of Cebuano Cuisine Corporation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Training Officer to join our Human Resources team in Cebu City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the performance and service standards of our restaurant operations.
As a Junior Training Officer, you will work closely with both Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) teams to identify training needs, develop engaging instructional materials, and ensure that our staff delivers the authentic Cebuano dining experience our customers love. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for restaurant operations personnel.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires in FOH and BOH departments.
- Create and update training manuals, visual aids, and performance assessment tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular performance audits.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to bridge competency gaps and improve service efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of employee training progress and certification statuses.
- Assist in the implementation of company-wide culture and service quality workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a training or development role, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino; knowledge of Cebuano is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational improvement and process optimization.
- Willingness to work on-site and occasionally visit different restaurant branches as needed.
