Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily safety compliance on construction sites through systematic inspections and audits
- Develop, implement, and enforce K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis for all construction activities
- Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate safety training programs for workers and project management teams
- Ensure alignment with national K3 regulations and industry best practices
- Maintain detailed safety documentation and incident reporting systems
- Collaborate with contractors to integrate safety planning into project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian authorities (BNSP/Kementerian Tenaga Kerja)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian K3 regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence safety culture across teams
- Proficiency in safety auditing techniques and incident investigation methodologies
- Experience with safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
