Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments with 100% accuracy
- Operate POS systems and reconcile daily transactions
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during checkout
- Maintain organized checkout area and assist with store merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
- Perform daily cash drawer balancing and report discrepancies
- Support inventory management through stock reconciliation
- Adhere to security protocols for cash handling
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year cashier or retail experience required
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic software
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
