Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, and various digital payment methods while maintaining strict cash balance accuracy.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide superior customer service.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile financial records at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
