You will partner closely with quants, traders, and software engineers to build robust, low-latency systems that power our market data and trading strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance KDB+ applications for financial market data analysis and storage.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to translate complex business requirements into scalable code solutions.
- Enhance and modernize the existing KDB+ ecosystem to improve system speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement robust data ingestion pipelines and ensure data integrity across the trading platform.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and debug issues within the low-latency trading environment.
Kualifikasi
- Strong proficiency in KDB+ and the q language, with experience in C++, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, algorithmic trading, and high-frequency trading systems.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record in low-latency development and performance tuning in a financial context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team.
