Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is preferred
