Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or business development
- Proven track record in port, shipping, or logistics industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build executive relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
