Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and customer loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and implement growth strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of medical equipment solutions
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for key account portfolios
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives and client needs
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies
- Experience in medical equipment or healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
