Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability objectives across multiple sites.
- Lead and successfully close negotiations for contracts, pricing, and promotional activities, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and actively pursue potential high-value clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior management.
- Oversee product placement, merchandising, and promotional campaign execution within assigned key account outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the FMCG or consumer products industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong track record of mentoring and collaborating with teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
