Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders across TikTok and Shopee platforms
- Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and KOL strengths
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and KOL partners
- Negotiate contract terms and manage affiliate program budgets effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms in influencer marketing
- Produce detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in KOL/influencer partnership management
- Proven expertise with TikTok and Shopee affiliate program ecosystems
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in campaign performance tracking
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communication
