Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail outlets in the assigned territory
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in assigned outlets to identify growth opportunities
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display standards
- Coordinate with store management to plan and execute promotional activities
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective outlet management
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability in key outlets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis
- Willingness to work in Baesa, Metro Manila and travel to assigned outlets
