Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Mary Grace Cafe’s recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kiosk workspace at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products to ensure shelves are always fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in daily cash reconciliation and preparation of end-of-day reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational Certificate in Food Service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
