Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and commissary supplies on a daily basis.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to identify reorder points and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory logs and digital databases.
- Identify potential discrepancies or shortages immediately and report them to the supervisor.
- Assist in organizing storage areas to ensure efficient stock rotation and easy access.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or the food service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills for calculating stock variances and usage rates.
