Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware, ensuring all items meet hygiene standards.
- Clean and maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
- Empty trash receptacles, manage waste disposal, and maintain a clean and organized waste area.
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms regularly.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cleaner, preferably in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
