Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of luxury villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces, to meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish surfaces, and sanitize all areas meticulously.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure towels are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Replenish villa amenities, toiletries, and guest supplies according to established guidelines.
- Manage laundry services for villa linens, towels, and guest items as required.
- Inspect villas for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the villa management and other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practices for different surfaces.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic communication skills; ability to understand and follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and a guest-focused approach.
- Residency in or near Uluwatu, Badung, Bali is highly advantageous.
