Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and lead the Knowledge Management function within the IT department
- Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies and frameworks
- Lead a team of knowledge management professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Identify knowledge gaps and design solutions to address them
- Implement and maintain knowledge management systems and tools
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure knowledge is effectively captured and disseminated
- Measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and continuously improve
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in knowledge management or related field
- Proven experience leading teams and managing knowledge management projects
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with knowledge management systems and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
