Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for influencer relationships and brand storytelling? Yellow Fit Kitchen, a leader in the healthy food industry, is looking for an ambitious KOL, Affiliate & Brand Activation Manager to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the creator economy. You will lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, scale our affiliate program, and execute high-impact brand activations that resonate with our target audience. We are looking for a data-driven creative thinker who knows how to spot trends, negotiate effectively, and turn creator partnerships into measurable sales growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate marketing programs, from recruitment to performance tracking and payout optimization.
- Identify, vet, and maintain long-term relationships with creators, micro-influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate and execute creative brand activation events, both online and offline, to drive community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop high-converting content briefs for KOLs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or brand activations.
- Strong existing network of KOLs and influencers in the Indonesian health/lifestyle market is a significant plus.
- Proven track record in managing performance-based affiliate partnerships.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
