Indonesia Premium Goods is looking for a dynamic and results-driven KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our premium brand and the most influential voices in the industry. Your mission is to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and measurable business growth.
We are seeking a creative strategist who understands the pulse of the Indonesian social media landscapeāfrom TikTok and Instagram to YouTube. If you have a proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and affiliate programs, we want to hear from you. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and expanding our market reach through data-backed decisions and authentic creative collaborations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners that align with our premium brand identity.
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to meet KPI objectives including reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Negotiate partnership contracts, fee structures, and deliverables to ensure cost-efficiency and high ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators to secure brand loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the social media and content production teams to ensure influencers provide high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or social media agency environments.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking tools and marketing performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates).
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
