Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns on TikTok and Shopee, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators.
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to maximize conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance data, including engagement metrics, ROI, and GMV growth, to provide actionable insights.
- Create creative content briefs that empower creators to produce authentic and engaging promotional material.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales targets and product launches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in KOL management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok and Shopee ecosystems, including algorithm mechanics and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
