You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost brand awareness, engage our target audience, and ultimately drive sustainable sales growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL outreach and collaboration strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from initial brief and negotiation to content review and performance analysis.
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce store performance, including product listings, promotional campaigns, and traffic drivers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging assets that align with influencer partnerships and e-commerce promotions.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and track ROI across all influencer and digital channels.
- Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders to optimize future marketing efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or e-commerce management.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Proven experience in handling e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize for better ROI.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a flair for building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
