Are you a fresh graduate with a passion for social media trends and digital content? Finture Tech Indonesia is seeking a motivated KOL Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a KOL Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our influencer marketing strategy, helping to connect our fintech brand with the right voices in the digital space.
In this hands-on role, you will assist in identifying, contacting, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various social media platforms. You will gain valuable experience in campaign planning, content analysis, and relationship management. We are looking for a creative individual who is eager to learn about the fintech industry and wants to make a tangible impact on our brand's social presence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting in-depth research to identify potential KOLs and influencers relevant to the fintech industry on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assisting in drafting outreach emails and communication strategies to build relationships with creators.
- Monitoring social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement metrics.
- Supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content approval and posting schedules.
- Compiling data and preparing performance reports on campaign reach and engagement.
- Organizing meetings or events with KOLs and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in the creation of creative briefs for content collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled or a fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong passion for social media, influencer culture, and digital content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, or analytics is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
