We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who wants to learn how to identify, engage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and sales.
In this dynamic role, you will support our marketing team in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, researching market trends, and analyzing performance data. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in researching and identifying relevant KOLs and influencers for various brand campaigns and product launches.
- Support the communication process with influencers, including email coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, engagement rates, and audience demographics.
- Assist in content creation and management for social media platforms to ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and coordinate influencer events, product trials, or brand activations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the marketing team based on campaign data.
- Conduct market research on beauty trends, competitor activities, and social media movements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the Beauty and Cosmetic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
