You will be responsible for identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating impactful campaigns, and evaluating results to drive measurable growth in brand awareness and sales. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and recruit relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers to maximize value and ensure brand compliance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate closely with internal creative teams to ensure content quality and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
  • Analyze market trends to recommend innovative strategies for higher engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or public relations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing external partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
