Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers to maximize value and ensure brand compliance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate closely with internal creative teams to ensure content quality and messaging consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
- Analyze market trends to recommend innovative strategies for higher engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or public relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing external partnerships.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
