Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and micro-influencers
- Develop and execute data-driven KOL campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics with influencer partners
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics and optimize strategies in real-time
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop authentic content concepts for KOL activations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign ROI, audience engagement, and partnership effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/influencer partnership management
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns in the Indonesian market
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian digital media landscape and key platforms
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously while meeting deadlines
